Evening Bliss (Hatha/Yin) 7:30-8:30 pm

End your Monday with a calming practice that rejuvenates and relaxes you. This session blends gentle movements with peaceful yin poses. As you move through each pose, let go of tension and find a deep state of calm. Join us at Heartfelt Yoga for a wonderful start to your week!

Sweet Sunday Yin (yin)

Yin yoga is like a cozy blanket for the mind and body. With a slow pace and meditative essence, it invites you to breathe deeply and let go. Each posture, held for five glorious minutes, provides an opportunity to melt into the shape, allowing the body to surrender to the present moment. This gentle practice is a delightful antidote to our fast-paced lives, creating a harmonious balance we all crave. So, step onto your mat and embrace the stillness, as Yin yoga nourishes both your spirit and your soul.
