Evening Bliss (Hatha/Yin) 7:30-8:30 pm
End your Monday with a calming practice that rejuvenates and relaxes you. This session blends gentle movements with peaceful yin poses. As you move through each pose, let go of tension and find a deep state of calm. Join us at Heartfelt Yoga for a wonderful start to your week!

Easy-Peasy Flow (Hatha) 5:30-6:30 pm
A slow, accessible Hatha practice designed for beginners or anyone seeking a straightforward, nourishing flow. Expect mindful movement, gentle strength, and a practice that simply feels good.

The session begins with a heart-centered meditation to cultivate mindfulness and openness.
