Breathe & Chat (community) Or Restorative Yoga (Gentle) 7-8 pm
Join us on Tuesdays for two enriching and restorative classes, alternating each week. One week, immerse yourself in Restorative Yoga, and the next, engage in Breathe & Chat.
Restorative Yoga: Utilizing a full range of props to support the body, this practice is designed to encourage complete relaxation. Once comfortably settled, we focus on deep breathing and releasing tension—or as much of it as we can—to promote profound calmness and renewal.
Breathe & Chat: The session begins with a heart-centered meditation to cultivate mindfulness and openness. This sets a tranquil foundation for an honest and meaningful conversation about a thoughtfully chosen topic of the evening. Throughout the class, I will weave in insights from yoga philosophy, providing opportunities to deepen your understanding of both your inner and outer worlds.
Come to connect, relax, and explore the depths of your practice in a supportive and reflective environment.
