The session begins with a heart-centered meditation to cultivate mindfulness and openness. This sets a tranquil foundation for an honest and meaningful conversation about a thoughtfully chosen topic of the evening. Throughout the class, I will weave in insights from yoga philosophy, providing opportunities to deepen your understanding of both your inner and outer worlds.
