Do you love a faster-moving yoga class, but aren’t a fan of all the weight-bearing poses? Marta has created a fresh take on a vinyasa-style practice that offers a steady, energizing pace—without the planks and downward dogs.

Rise & Align is the perfect way to kickstart your Saturday, leaving you warm, energized, and maybe even with a little glisten on your brow. With Marta’s experience and nurturing presence, you’ll feel supported every step of the way.

Just a heads-up: Marta will be offering hands-on assists during this class to help guide and support your practice.

Summer Solstice Kundalini

As we transition into my favourite season—Summer—join me for a rejuvenating Kundalini Yoga practice designed to clear stagnant energy, awaken vitality, and refresh the spirit. Through dynamic movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound, we’ll release what feels heavy or stuck and create space for clarity, lightness, and renewal. This class invites you to reconnect with your inner energy, embrace the warmth and expansion of the season, and leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and energized for the months ahead. All levels are welcome.

Asana Lab

June 30/26 6-7 pm

Join Marta for another creative and exploratory practice in this special Asana Lab focused on deconstructing Eagle Pose. Together, you’ll break down this powerful balancing posture step by step—exploring its shape, alignment, and mechanics through a variety of accessible variations. Beginning on the floor, then progressing through seated and standing movements with the support of props, you’ll build strength, stability, mobility, and body awareness along the way. This intentional approach will help you develop the confidence and understanding needed to move toward the full expression of Eagle Pose with greater ease and steadiness. Suitable for all levels, especially curious students looking to deepen their practice.
